Terms and conditions
All-inclusive trip cost of $3,600
based on double occupancy
-Options are available for single and triple occupancy and will affect your final trip cost
-Travel insurance and airfare are NOT included
-$300 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your place that will be applied to the total cost*
-Trip depends on minimum group size of 6 by July 1st - a full refund will be issued if this is not met.
*Retreat balance of $3,300 is due by July 1st, 2026. Trip cost minus deposit is fully refundable up to June 31st, 2026. Cancellations between July 1- Aug 31, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund.
No refund will be issued starting September 1, 2026.
